Our 12 yard dumpster rental is $400 for rental periods ranging from 1 to 7 days. Our dumpster rental prices are flat rates and include the container rental, dumpster delivery and pickup, environmental fees, and waste disposal up to 3 tons (for non-concrete loads). If disposing of concrete, the dumpster can be filled to the fill line but can only contain clean concrete and rebar. Please note there will be an additional $200 charge for concrete with rebar.

The rental period is determined by the number of days you choose when making your reservation. If you think you will need the roll off dumpster for more than 7 days, you have the option to add an additional week for $75 at the time of booking.

When disposing of concrete, our 12-yard dumpster has no weight limit and can be filled to the fill line as long as it contains only clean concrete and rebar. Concrete with rebar will incur an additional $200 charge.

For all other heavy materials, the price includes 3 tons of weight. Anything over 3 tons is billed at $80/ton. If the total weight exceeds 10 tons, the amount above 10 tons is billed at $150/ton.

Humpty Dump Roll-Offs & Dumpsters has NO hidden fees. Our dumpster rental prices include the container rental, delivery and pickup, environmental fees, waste removal, and waste disposal for the allotted tonnage for the size you rent.

However, please note that overweight dumpsters, extended rentals, extra trip fees, disposing of hazardous waste, or damage to the container may result in an additional fee.

A concrete dumpster rental is built specifically for concrete removal and concrete disposal. Concrete dumpsters are typically:

• Smaller in size (usually 10–12 cubic yards) to prevent overloading and allow for safe transport
  Lower to the ground to make it easier to load heavy debris
  Hauled to a recycling facility and can only contain clean concrete and rebar

Below is our list of prohibited items:

• Hazardous waste or substances that are hazardous to health such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids.
• Liquids of any kind whether contained or not.
• Cans, drums, or other containers of any kind unless emptied and crushed and incapable of carrying any liquid.
• Medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind.
• Any material not listed above however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste: asbestos, paint, tires, gas bottle, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, household appliances such as but not limited to refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwave ovens, washer, dryer.
• Mattresses

The roll off dumpster rental process can vary between dumpster companies, but Humpty Dump Roll-Offs & Dumpsters makes it easy and straightforward! First, select the right dumpster size and rental period for your project. Once you’ve decided on these submit your reservation online and you will receive an invoice that can be conveniently paid online.

On the dumpster delivery day, we’ll safely place the container in your residential driveway or designated spot. During your rental period, you can fill the temporary dumpster with waste, debris, and other approved items. If you finish early, simply request an early pickup on our website, and we’ll come get the dumpster as soon as possible. Otherwise, your dumpster will be picked up on the day specified in your request or at the end of the rental period.

After pickup, we’ll dispose of everything in the dumpster. If your dumpster exceeded the allotted weight, you’ll receive an additional invoice for the overage amount.
