We service everywhere within the E470 at normal rates. Below is a map that outlines that area and our extended delivery range. Please note that deliveries within our extended range will include an additional trip charge and we do not always service this area.

To schedule a dumpster rental, please fill out the reservation form on our website! The entire scheduling process is done online and the reservation form needs to be filled out for EVERY reservation. Once that is submitted, your request goes into our scheduling system and it will email you an invoice that can be paid online.
Our delivery hours are between 6 a.m – 6 p.m. during the week, but are shorter on Saturdays due to the city’s dumps closing earlier. We do not pick up or drop off on Sundays! Our drivers’ routes are created with fuel-efficiency in mind so we cannot guarantee specific drop off or pick up times. We try our best to ensure everyone gets their dumpster rentals in a timely manner, but we cannot base our schedule around one drop off or pick up.
Our team makes the schedule the night before and you will receive a reminder email once that is completed. If you would like an estimated timeframe for your drop off or pick up, please respond to that email and a member of our team will get back to you. Our drivers should also call on their way to give you a better ETA!
*Please note that any timeframe given is an estimate and many factors influence delivery and pick up times including traffic, lines at the dump, and proximity to other jobs.
Below is our list of prohibited items:
- Substances that are hazardous to health such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids.
- Liquids of any kind whether contained or not.
- Cans, drums, or other containers of any kind unless emptied and crushed and incapable of carrying any liquid.
- Medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind.
- Any material not listed above however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste: asbestos, paint, tires, gas bottle, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, household appliances such as but not limited to refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwave ovens, washer, dryer.
- Extremely heavy material such as rock, dirt, or concrete. Please let us know and we can help you dispose of such heavy items in a more efficient manner.
- Mattresses
We only accept credit or debit card payments. Payments can be made online using the link to pay included on your invoice or over the phone with a member of our team. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders at this time.
Customers do not need to be present for delivery (or pickup) as long as the area where the dumpster is going to be placed is clear and there aren’t any locked gates our drivers need to enter. Our driver will still call on their way to let you know an ETA!

Below are the weight limits for each dumpster size we offer:
- 10 yard dumpster – 2 ton weight limit
- 15 yard dumpster – 2 ton weight limit
- 20 yard dumpster – 3 ton weight limit
- 30 yard dumpster – 3 ton weight limit
As stated in our service agreement attached to every invoice, our pricing does NOT include any overages incurred due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer.
Due to strict weight limitations and dump fees, any additional material above the allotted amount will be billed at $80/ton.
Please note the price per ton increases if the dumpster weighs more than 10 tons. Any additional material above 10 tons will be billed at $150/ton.
